Packages that you will return via DPD must always be provided with a label. We cannot print labels for you.
When collecting a package you must show the collection QR code, or your proof of identity.
If someone else comes to collect your package for you, he must show the QR code, or a photo of your proof of identity.
Tips:
- When sending your package, make sure that it is well packaged/closed. We cannot pack your shipment for you/close it.
- Make sure you know when you pick up your package through which carrier it was sent. That is just a little easier for us to search.
