Refund policy

Although we of Krossproducts Of course you like to make people happy with our products it can always happen that something you don't like. You can then always choose to exchange or return an item.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (without giving reason). After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product (s). Upon receipt of the return shipment you will be reimbursed the amount of the returned products via the same payment method as on which you have paid.

How do I return my order?

You can return your items unused and undamaged in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Always use our return form for return, this can be requested via contact@krossproducts.NL.

Costs of returning are for the account of the customer. If we provide a return label (only for within the Netherlands), € 6.95 will be deducted from the reimbursement.
