1. Delivery and delivery times
The agreed delivery time only starts after all necessary data is clear and the payment has been made. Exceeding the specified delivery time does not give the customer and the client the right to cancel the agreement.

2. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure, the delivery and other obligations are suspended. Krossproducts In this case it is mandatory as soon as that is reasonably possible. Force majeure includes unforeseen circumstances, with regard to persons and/or materials, which make the implementation of the agreement impossible as a result. Think of circumstances such as: government measures, business, traffic and/or transport disruptions, malfunctions in the delivery of a ready product, raw materials and/or tools, work strikes, exclusions, obstacles by third parties, unforeseen technical complications, climatic conditions, etc. .

3. Guarantee
Krossproducts guarantees that the goods supplied by us meet the normal requirements of usability, reliability and sustainability. The warranty obligations will lapse if the goods have not been or are not used in accordance with their destination or improper, user regulations have not been taken into account, unacceptable repairs have been made, changes have been made. Recovery or replacement only takes place within the Netherlands. For warranty outside the Netherlands, we are only liable for the costs of repair or replacement to the amount that would have run during this implementation in the Netherlands.

4. Transport
Orders above € 100 net are delivered Franco in the Netherlands. Provided otherwise indicated. The transport costs of orders within and outside the Netherlands differ from price.

5. Prices
The prices of Krossproducts are based on the price -determining factors known at the time of the offer. We have the right to adjust these prices in the interim if the price -determining factors change (raw material prices, wages, currency changing rates, levies imposed by the government and so on).

6. Payment
The payment must be made within 8 days of the invoice date without discount or compensation. If the payment term is exceeded, all judicial and extrajudicial collection costs will be borne by the customer. In all cases, an amount equal to 8% of the outstanding claim can be charged for extrajudicial collection costs.

7. Liability
Only damage to goods themselves is eligible for reimbursement. Damage by third parties is always exempt from compensation.

8. Advisory and data of goods
Advice from Krossproducts is given to the best of knowledge. We accept no liability for (oral or written) advice. This also applies to data on the composition of goods and application options.

9. Cancellation
Krossproducts reserves the right at any time to cancel an agreement in whole or in part, without giving reasons. This in the event of changes to circumstances that make fulfillment of the agreement impossible. We always give a cancellation in writing.
