This if you care coffee filters are made of unbleached, chlorine-free paper (TCF). That's why you can enjoy your coffee without a bad taste. The filters are woven on a golf fashion, so they don't just fall apart.
The coffee filters are therefore free from chlorine and safe to use in the compost heap! The coffee drab is also a nice addition to your compost heap because of the amount of nitrogen it contains.
